Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals in the U.S. seeks a Manager, U.S. Trade & Distribution to lead DSCSA compliance, right of sale governance, and ATP status.

You will be the Functional SME and primary contact for DSCSA systems and data interchange with 3PL and wholesalers. Based in Boston Seaport with 2–3 days on-site, you will drive serialization, EPCIS data exchanges, and CAPA-driven improvements while coordinating with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality teams to ensure end-to-end traceability and on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in supply chain, healthcare, or IT.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain, trade operations, or compliance.
• Proficiency with TraceLink, EPCIS data standards, and SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• DSCSA Compliance and Right of Sale governance.
• Manage transaction statements (T3) and EPCIS data exchange.
• Oversee interoperable traceability systems and 3PL connectivity.
• Lead UAT for DSCSA system upgrades and cloud-based tools.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality on ATP status.
