Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Professional Liability/Legal Malpractice Associate in Boston, MA to defend complex civil litigation and malpractice claims. You will work with senior trial attorneys, handle motions, depositions, and strategy, and interact directly with clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of litigation experience, is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing, and may have experience in other jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in professional liability or complex civil litigation.
• Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing; admission in other jurisdictions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defend professional liability and malpractice claims through all phases of litigation.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and manage written discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
• Work with expert witnesses and consultants.
• Assist with trial preparation and appellate matters.
• Develop strong client relationships while collaborating with attorneys across offices and practice groups.
