Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Boston, MA seeks an associate attorney with experience in medical malpractice and personal injury to join their litigation team. You will manage cases from intake through resolution, conduct investigations, and collaborate with expert witnesses to develop case strategies.

The position requires strong research, writing, and client communication skills, and offers the opportunity to represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active MA admission in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
• Conduct case investigations and review medical records.
• Consult with expert witnesses and develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials.
• Coordinate and supervise outside experts.
• Conduct legal research and analyze evidence.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal litigation requirements.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to deliver exceptional client service.
