Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Cary, NC is seeking a Part-Time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to support in-store and direct customer orders. You will fill orders, sort, pack, and prepare shipments while maintaining quality and clean work areas.

You’ll work in the back room and on the floor during open hours, read UPC labels, and assist customers as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 0–2 years experience.
• Familiar with stock handling and order fulfillment.
• Ability to read UPC codes and label descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Fill retail and BOSS orders by inspecting merchandise and matching items to orders.
• Sort and pack merchandise using proper containers and packaging for shipment.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours and relay issues to management.
