Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data warehousing and end-to-end design of enterprise data solutions.
• Proficient with ETL tools (ADF, Databricks, Informatica) and pipeline orchestration (Azkaban, Airflow, Luigi).
• Strong knowledge of data platforms like SQL/NoSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving with data governance and quality focus.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an Engagement Lead – Technology to join our team. You are someone who has a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, has detailed knowledge of various datasets like LAAD, DDD, XPO, etc., enjoys working on complex data sets to help clients solve diverse real-world problems and drive business performance, navigate risk, and develop pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data management and analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and deliver customized, best-in-class analytics and BI solutions.
• Design and develop sophisticated integrated data pipelines and visualizations that tell compelling stories using tools like Tableau.
• Work collaboratively cross-functionally with Data Platform, Governance, and UX/UI teams to ensure the development of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions

Must Have

• 5 to 7 years of extensive experience in data warehousing, data engineering, and end-to-end design of enterprise data solutions from scratch (including over 4 years in the U.S.)
• Highly proficient with ETL tools (ADF, Databricks, Informatica) and pipeline orchestration tools (Azkaban, Airflow, Luigi).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of data platforms like SQL/NoSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, Apache Hive, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data governance and quality frameworks.
