Job summary

Swissport, a global aviation services leader, seeks an Account Manager CLC to supervise daily operational activities and act as the primary contact with customer and passenger service managers. You will cover as manager on duty in the absence of a Duty Manager and ensure adherence to procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent
• 5 years leadership experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Extensive airport operational experience
• Computer literate with MS Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of AE, FSC, SWP point system preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people
• Able to work under pressure
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Swissport account supervisor experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control staff scheduling, reporting and absences
• Control daily staff payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime
• Monitor staff appearance and compliance during operations
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Maintain and update manuals and documentation
• Enter daily hours into FSC
• Responsible for discipline and morale
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned work
• Conduct investigations for irregularities and write reports
• Capture and maintain KPIs

Job Summary

Account Manager CLC supervises the daily operation from an administrative and operational standpoint to ensure passenger service staff meet customer airlines’ targets while abiding by all Swissport and customer procedures and regulations. Serves as primary point of contact with customer and passenger service manager for accounts assigned. Cover as manager on duty for Swissport in the absence of a Duty Manager.

The expected pay rate is $28/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

• Supervise and control staff scheduling, reporting and absences
• Control of daily staff payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime
• Monitors personnel appearance and compliance during the operation
• Maintains applicable safety and quality standards
• Maintains, updates company's manuals and documentation
• Enters daily hours into FSC
• Is responsible for overall discipline, conduct performance and morale
• Ensures that all assigned work is completed correctly, efficiently and in a timely manner
• Conduct a full investigation for each irregularity and submits appropriate written reports
• Captures and maintains Key Performance Indicators
