Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; may be substituted by experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with borescope devices preferred for inspection.
Ability to work both independently and in a team, with good time management.

Responsibilities

Perform borescope inspection of the cores of all assigned products/castings.
Identify defects and perform delicate rework using fine tools.
Execute and manage rework procedures on identified defects.
Communicate and coordinate with quality department and leadership on identified issues/trends.
Perform visual inspection to ensure quality is delivered to customers.
Pass inspection/audits in accordance with customer specifications and company procedures.
May perform other duties as specified by the supervisor.
Record daily all work performed and track time with correct routing codes.
