Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with borescope devices is preferred for inspection tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform borescope inspection of the cores of all assigned products/castings.
• Identify defects and perform delicate rework using fine tools.
• Execute and manage rework procedures on identified defects.
• Communicate and coordinate with quality department and leadership on identified issues/trends.
• Perform visual inspection to ensure quality is delivered to our customers.
• Pass inspection/audits in accordance with customer specifications and company procedures.
• May perform other duties as specified by the supervisor.
• Record daily work and distribute time by operational codes; follow routing card sequences.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and safe; follow safety rules.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, colleagues and supervisors.
