Job summary

ElectriCom, a utility construction company founded in 1960, seeks a Bore Operator to run a directional drill, coordinate locators and laborers, and keep a safe, productive outdoor job site with the crew.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of bore operator experience in utility construction excavation.
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments and varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a directional drill as needed and utilize standard tools of the trade.
• Coordinate activities of Locator and Laborers to meet production schedule.
• Maintain a safe job site and assist crew to ensure safety standards are met.
• Interact effectively with Supervisors, Area Managers, coworkers, and customers.
• Complete routine training (LMS, OSHA–10 Hour, etc.).
• Manage Roadside Traffic Control and related duties.
