Job summary

ElectriCom is seeking a Bore Operator in Bloomington, IN. The role requires 2–3+ years of bore operation experience and a current CDL or ability to obtain one within 6 months. You will coordinate with locators and laborers, operate directional drilling equipment, and maintain site safety in an outdoor, year-round environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of Bore Operator experience in utility construction/excavation.
• CDL required or obtainable within 6 months of hire.
• Experience coordinating locators and laborers and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a directional drill and use standard tools of the trade.
• Coordinate activities of Locator and Laborers to meet production schedule.
• Maintain a safe and compliant job site; assist crew as needed.
• Interact effectively with Supervisor, Area Manager, and customers.
