Qualifications

• GS-5/7/9 qualification requirements based on experience or education.
• Knowledge of CBP officer processes, procedures, and laws.
• Ability to perform inspections and make determinations for entry.

Responsabilités

• Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
• Inspect individuals and conveyances to determine admissibility.
• Oversee the flow of legitimate trade and travel at ports of entry.
• Detain and apprehend violators as required by law.
• Participate in required training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
