Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Service Technician to join our team near Williston, ND. You will work in a team environment, often with limited supervision, and handle heavy physical tasks while maintaining safety and quality across well-site operations.

The role requires 3+ years of oil-field service experience, a valid state driver's license, and excellent communication and teamwork. Expect 12-hour shifts, travel to field locations, and compliance with PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in well servicing or related oil field services.
• Ability to operate high-pressure BOP/rental equipment as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with related parties to align on expectations and tasks.
• Follow company and client policies, and uphold safety standards.
• Observe safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Select and use appropriate PPE and stop-work if required.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Work 12+ hour days, including weekends and holidays, with travel as required.
