Job summary

Ultipro in Texas seeks a Service Technician to perform well-site tasks in a team setting, often without direct supervision. You will be responsible for understanding service scopes, using PPE, and maintaining safety at all times.

The role requires heavy lifting, long shifts of 12 hours, and availability for day/night schedules with travel to field sites. A valid US driver license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in well servicing or similar oil field services.
• Ability to run high pressure BOP equipment as needed.
• Basic math, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with limited direct supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical demands.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable phone and transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interface with related parties to ensure understanding of expectations and steps.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Observe safety rules and maintain a safe work area.
• Select and use PPE and exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively, learn, and stay mechanically inclined.
• Work 12+ hour days, day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
