We’re looking for a full-time Ski Boot Fitter who combines strong people skills with a genuine understanding of ski equipment and an interest in the technical side of boot fitting.

Boot fitting at The Ski Monster is equal parts product knowledge, problem solving, and conversation. The right person will ideally have previous sales experience and a strong foundational knowledge of ski equipment- particularly ski boots- but they don’t need to walk in knowing everything. More important is the ability to learn quickly, listen carefully, and adapt to the unique needs of every skier and every fit.
