Qualifications

• Experience in leather finishing or boot polishing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive boots and verify against work ticket, style, size, and color.
• Inspect boots before polishing for defects and report issues.
• Select polishes, creams, waxes, and finishes per leather type and color.
• Apply finishing products evenly by hand and buff to uniform shine.
• Inspect finished boots for even color and absence of defects.
• Record production counts and maintain work tickets accurately.
