Job summary

Boomtown Casino Hotel is seeking an experienced Pit Boss to oversee all table games on the casino floor. You will lead floor supervisors, ensure game integrity, and deliver professional guest service with accurate math and clear communication.

Ideal candidates hold a Nevada Gaming card, are 21+, have prior pit or table-game management experience, and will help maintain a safe, compliant, and entertaining environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Nevada Gaming card is required and must be 21 years or older.
• Experience as Pit Boss or in a senior table games role is preferred.
• Strong math, game integrity, and guest service focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all the table games on the casino floor.
• Ensure guest service and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with pit staff and floor supervisors to maintain smooth operations.

Boomtown Casino Resort is looking to hire an experienced Pit Boss. The successful candidate will oversee and supervise all the Table Games on the Casino floor. The Candidate must be courteous and provide professional service to our guest. Good mathematical and communication skills are required.
