Job summary

Boomtown is seeking a Floor Supervisor to manage daily floor operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, train staff, and coordinate with departments to maintain safety and cleanliness on the floor.

The role emphasizes high-pressure hospitality environments, scheduling support, and maintaining professional service standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
• Experience working with children is desirable
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Desire to learn arcade operations
• Must be able to work weekends
• Previous supervisor experience preferred
• Previous cash handling required
• Guest service experience a plus
