Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a global leader to drive a massive rollout of an enterprise timekeeping and payroll system. You will own end-to-end integration work, from requirements to post-deployment support, using Dell Boomi and Kronos/WFM in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

We seek a highly skilled Integrator Consultant who thrives in a global rollout, partners with diverse teams, and communicates technical concepts effectively to stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on UKG Pro/WFM experience.
• 3–5 years of Dell Boomi integration development experience.
• 3–5 years Kronos WIM/WFC experience.
• Analytical ability to dissect complex workflows and architect scalable integrations.
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills for global teams.
• Proactive self-starter capable of owning deliverables with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration lifecycles from requirements to post-deployment support.
• Build and maintain integrations for a global enterprise timekeeping application using Dell Boomi.
• Collaborate daily with developers, configurators, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to track tasks and project status.

What You’ll Do: Drive Global Operational Excellence

• Own end-to-end integration life cycles, including comprehensive requirements gathering, meticulous design documentation, hands-on coding, thorough unit testing, and robust post-deployment support, ensuring the delivery of reliable solutions.
• Build and maintain essential integrations critical for the successful implementation of a key enterprise timekeeping application utilizing Dell Boomi, directly influencing global workforce management strategies.
• Collaborate daily with a dedicated cross-functional team of developers, configurators, and critical business stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and innovative environment.
• Actively participate in agile rhythm meetings to review tasks, provide progress updates, and track overall project status, contributing to efficient and timely project delivery.
• Communicate complex technical concepts, integration challenges, and progress updates clearly and effectively to both technical peers and non-technical business partners, bridging the gap between technology solutions and business needs.

What You’ll Bring: Your Expertise & Vision

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro / Ultimate Kronos Group WFM.
• 3 to 5 years of active integration development and coding experience using Dell Boomi.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Kronos WFC software.
• Analytical Prowess: A strong ability to problem-solve, dissect complex workflows, and architect efficient, scalable integration solutions.
• Exceptional Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills essential for producing comprehensive documentation and aligning effectively with diverse, cross-functional global teams.
• Proactive Self-Starter: Proven capability to independently manage daily tasks, take full ownership of deliverables, and consistently drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
