Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Crane Operator Boom Truck Driver.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Summary:

Join our service experts at our Mahanoy City location and be part of a team using the latest electronic tooling for diagnostics and repairs of construction equipment. This is a steady, dedicated daylight shift. The successful candidate must pass a physical and all applicable driving tests.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Driver Requirements:

* Class A CDL License or Class B CDL License

* Clean MVR

* Clean Background & Drug Screen

* Perform pre and post trip DOT inspections

* MSHA training required.

The selected candidates will:

* Ensure load accuracy and securement

* Drive safely and comply with all regulations

* Safely load and unload using an articulated knuckle boom crane, and remove/install components on large construction equipment

* Provide courteous, professional customer service

* Complete paperwork promptly and accurately

* Cooperate with Field Mechanics

This key position requires:

* Excellent and safe driving skills

* Positive customer service attitude

* Ability to lift 50 lbs

* A current CDL with a 5-year clean driving record

* Knowledge of lifting, rigging, and load securement

Primary Responsibilities:

* Operate articulated crane smoothly, perform inspections, record data

* Lubricate crane and truck

* Use depth perception and fine motor skills for crane operation

* Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

* Operate additional equipment (forklifts, man lifts, skid steers)

* Operate boom truck crane to lift and move equipment/components

* Perform pre-operational inspections and calculations

* Follow safety regulations

* Assist with track work during downtime
