Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, including creating/saving documents and emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet store needs.
• Assist team members with completing store tasks.
• Provide training and ongoing compliance education to the team.
• Act as leader on duty, respond to customer and team concerns in absence of Store Manager, and manage opening/closing operations.
