Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a store associate to assist with receiving, pricing, stocking, and customer service. You will help Team Members complete tasks and ensure training and compliance.

As leader on duty, you’ll respond to customer and staff concerns and assist with opening and closing the store, maintaining safety and security of property and personnel. The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, an Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred, and the ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet store customer needs and drive sales.
• Assist Team Members with completing store tasks.
• Act as leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager; handle opening/closing and ensure safety and security.
