Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Team Lead to partner with Department Managers to help receive, price, and stock merchandise, driving sales and profits while supporting the team. The role includes acting as leader on duty, responding to customer and staff concerns, and ensuring store safety and security.

The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, an Associate’s Degree preferred, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail operations or team supervision.
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills including email creation and document saving.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead on duty and assist Store Manager with daily operations.
• Train and coach team members; ensure compliance and safety.
• Open and close the store; address customer and staff concerns.
• Price and stock merchandise to meet store needs.
