Books-A-Million is seeking an energetic associate for a seasonal, hourly role at our Maryland location. You will greet customers, assist with finding books, and operate the register during shifts, while supporting multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and help them find items, making checkout quick, accurate, and friendly.
• Drive sales by guiding customers to products and highlighting benefits and programs.
• Maintain an inviting sales floor, follow merchandising guidelines, and keep spaces clean and organized.
