Job summary

Hope College Bookstore is seeking an Offsite Sales Coordinator (0.49 FTE) to drive sales, merchandising, and customer experience across its off-site venues, including athletic events and campus locations. You will develop strategies, coordinate student staff, and ensure consistent branding and service at every location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead off-site sales, merchandising, and customer experience across venues.
• Plan and execute promotions and manage inventory to optimize revenue.
• Recruit, train, and schedule student staff for off-site operations.
• Collaborate with Store Director and Buyer Team to align with brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance and report KPIs to inform decisions.
