Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and answer questions, connecting readers with titles and products.
• Maintain attractive store presentation and ensure efficient store operations.
• Unpack deliveries and shelve products; tidy displays.
• Operate registers quickly and courteously to provide professional service.
• Assist with receiving, shelving, and using information tools to locate items.
• Support café team when needed and follow loss prevention procedures.
