Job summary

The role requires adaptability to early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with a friendly, proactive approach and a passion for books. Training is provided to master store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a cheerful, helpful greeting and assist in finding titles and products.
• Maintain attractive store presentation and efficient store operations.
• Unpack deliveries and shelve items; keep displays tidy and organized.
• Operate registers with speed and accuracy to provide professional service.
• Support receiving, unpacking, and shelving; help customers locate books and products.
• Assist café team when needed and understand loss prevention procedures.
