Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc. seeks a friendly Bookseller to greet customers, answer questions, and connect readers with titles across fiction, nonfiction, and children’s books. You’ll help unpack deliveries, shelve stock, and keep displays tidy while working the registers quickly and courteously.

You’ll join a busy team, learn product presentation and merchandising, participate in loss prevention, and support the café when needed. There are opportunities for growth within the store.

Qualifications

• Attendance and reliability are expected for scheduled shifts.
• Positive, customer-focused approach with strong teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop bookselling knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks including shelving and checkout.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions and recommend titles.
• Unpack deliveries, shelve books and tidy displays.
