Qualifications

• Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Open from early mornings to late evenings including weekends and most holidays.
• Be positive and willing in your approach to work, performing assigned tasks with purpose and energy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions to connect readers with titles and products.
• Unpack and shelve deliveries and tidy displays to maintain an attractive store presentation.
• Operate registers and process transactions quickly and accurately for customers.
• Support receiving, shelving, and backstock management to ensure efficient store operation.
• Assist the café team when needed and follow loss prevention procedures.
