Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in a fast-paced distribution center. The role involves operating tablets, radios, and scanners, and performing material handling tasks with strict attention to accuracy and safety.

The starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM–1:30 AM schedule and Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with company matching, insurance, and other perks.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tablets, radios, and scanning devices.
• Basic math skills and ability to count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal customers and management.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Operate handheld devices and scanners; use Warehouse Management Systems.
• Picks by scanning cartons and follows system directions.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Adapt to multiple workstations as production needs change.
