Job summary

ReaderLink is looking for a warehouse associate to support shipping operations on the 2nd shift in Denton, Texas. The role includes receiving, sorting, and loading orders, ensuring pallets are properly prepared and labeled for transport, and maintaining accurate packing slips and weights.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with full benefits. You will use an electric pallet jack and follow strict safety procedures while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse/fulfillment operations preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced shipping environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort orders for palletization.
• Load trailers with completed orders before shipping deadlines.
• Shrink-wrap shipments and label pallets for transport.
• Operate an electric pallet jack to move shipping materials.
• Perform quality audits on shipping cartons and ensure correct weights.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE guidelines.
• Print and apply packing slips and ensure items are stacked securely.
