Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in accounting software; QuickBooks preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including GL, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for clients.
• Process payroll for the team of financial advisors and ensure payroll compliance.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist in preparing budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Monitor and reconcile client accounts for accuracy.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for internal use.
