Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Bookkeeper with mandatory QuickBooks Desktop experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced, service-based environment.

The candidate will handle GL activities, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, and month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting while supporting audits and external accountants. Proficiency in ServiceTitan and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, AP, GL, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Desktop.
• Perform general ledger activities including journal entries and month-end close.
