Job summary

Staff Financial Group seeks a Bookkeeper in Cartersville, Georgia to manage daily financial transactions and ensure timely processing using NetSuite and other tools. The role supports continuity after a long-tenured employee’s retirement and is onsite with a collaborative culture.

The candidate should have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, familiarity with AP/AR, payroll, and expense management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AP, AR, payroll, and expense management processes.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 100 AP invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle cash applications, posting cash, and reconciling accounts.
• Work closely with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination.
• Assist in extending and managing customer lines of credit.
• Process payroll for approximately 50 employees (salary and hourly).
• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Utilize systems such as NetSuite and Ramp for financial operations.
