Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in home services industries preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of job costing, inventory accounting, payroll, and operational accounting.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Process payroll, payroll journal entries, accruals, and assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Maintain accurate job costing and financial reporting across all operations.
• Utilize ServiceTitan to manage reporting, invoicing, memberships, purchase orders, inventory transactions, financing, and workflows.
• Process and reconcile customer financing programs.
• Manage accounting related to retail partnership programs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors.
• Track and reconcile inventory.
• Process customer refunds, collections, deposits, cash management, and warranty accounting.
• Prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support monthly financial reporting.
• Work with operations to reflect permitting, inspections, inventory, and job completion in financial records.
• Assist leadership with budgeting, financial analysis, and business decision support.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
