• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist controller with day-to-day cash management and reconciliations.
• Reconcile insurance billing and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports and weekly tax deposits.
• Provide payroll backup and support billing activities.
• Assist HR tasks: onboarding, offboarding, and records maintenance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and respond to candidate inquiries.
