Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Process payroll for all employees, including wages and tax withholdings.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for stakeholders.
