You will record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare general ledger entries while supporting financial reporting needs. The ideal candidate has accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous experience with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online is desirable
• Willingness to learn bookkeeping software
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping services for multiple clients in various industries
• Utilize bookkeeping software to record all financial transactions and reconcile accounts on a regular basis
• Prepare general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Assist with reporting and analysis as needed
• Work directly with clients to resolve discrepancies
