Position Overview: FEDlogic is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized

Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role plays a

critical part in ensuring accuracy across accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing,

contract administration, and vendor management. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the

Operations and Client Services teams to support financial accuracy and integrity as the

organization continues to grow.

The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle bookkeeping, exhibits excellent organizational

and communication skills, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles and

systems. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

● Review client contracts and CRM data to prepare and send accurate and timely invoices.

● Track accounts receivable, follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances, and

maintain accurate aging reports.

● Track, categorize, and key all business-related expenses into accounting systems.

● Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense

approvals.

● Prepare and send client contracts through Docusign and maintain a reliable system for

contract status tracking.

● Maintain and manage vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring compliance,

renewals, and timely communication.

● Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.

● Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.

● Assist with year-end financial preparations and liaise with the external accounting team

and tax professionals.

● Maintain accurate and organized digital records of all financial transactions and

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a service-based or professional

firm.

● Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (or similar platforms).

● Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).

● Strong knowledge of financial statements, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.

● Experience with Docusign or other e-signature platforms.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

● Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
