The position supports the company's mission to manage client books efficiently without direct client interaction.

What You'll Actually Do

• Categorize transactions: Categorize financial transactions on a monthly or quarterly basis for assigned clients.
• Reconcile accounts: Reconcile financial accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis for assigned clients.
• Manage non-reconciliation tasks: Handle tasks outside of QBO such as generating invoices, recording vendor bills, and processing payroll for select clients.
• Perform cleanups: Conduct cleanups for new clients to ensure accurate initial setup.

• Background: This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of full charge bookkeeping principles.
• Experience: 2+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience is required.
