Job summary

CFS is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper in Cleveland, Ohio, to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities within a small, team-oriented environment. You will assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing and payments, and month-end reporting, with opportunities to expand responsibilities as you learn and grow.

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Eager to learn, willing to jump in, and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with invoicing, payments, and other accounting functions.
• Support month-end accounting activities and reporting.
