Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Bookkeeper in Canton, Ohio to support a manufacturing organization with a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The role offers broad exposure to AP, cash management, reconciliations, and month-end close, using Microsoft Dynamics GP and SAP Concur.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or general accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), SAP Concur, or similar accounting systems is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, vendor payments, expense reports, and related accounting activities.
• Perform bank, vendor, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage daily cash activity and record cash transactions, transfers, and other banking activity.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting support.
• Support compliance requirements including 1099 reporting, account analysis, and documentation maintenance.
