Distinct North America is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper in Fort Lauderdale, FL to manage monthly bookkeeping for a client base across construction, real estate, and small businesses. This is a close-knit firm where your work is seen and valued.

You’ll start with steady hands-on bookkeeping, benefit from supportive peers, and gradually take on client relationships and advisory work as you grow in the role.

Qualificações

• Around 3 to 4 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Familiar with QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Comfortable speaking with clients.
• Organised and enjoys small-office collaboration.

Initially, you'll focus on monthly bookkeeping for an established client base of construction companies, real estate businesses and business owners. You'll have support and training from experienced professionals, but also the trust to take ownership of your work.

And as you settle in? The role will evolve.

You'll gradually take on more direct client relationships, get involved in advisory work and become someone clients turn to for more than just their monthly numbers.

What are they looking for?

Around 3 to 4 years of bookkeeping experience, confidence using QuickBooks Online and Xero, and someone who's comfortable speaking with clients regularly.

More importantly, someone who's organised, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a smaller office where everyone plays their part.
