CFS is seeking a Bookkeeper in Bloomfield, CT to record and maintain financial transactions, reconcile accounts, manage AR/AP, and assist with payroll. This role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting functions and the chance to contribute to month-end close.

• The Bookkeeper will record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including journal entries, deposits, and general ledger updates.
• Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure financial records are complete and accurate.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Assist with payroll processing and provide financial documentation needed for month-end reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and generate reports to support accounting and business operations.
