Job summary

Aisles & Abroad is seeking a remote, entry-level travel planning assistant to help clients find hotels, resorts, and vacation options aligned with their preferences and budgets. Training and resources will be provided to learn the booking process, supplier platforms, and destination research.

You will research destinations, coordinate bookings, and support customers through the planning and booking lifecycle, including itineraries, confirmations, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research hotels, resorts, and vacation accommodations based on client preferences and travel needs.

• Assist with hotel, resort, and vacation package reservations.
• Research destinations and help clients identify suitable travel options.
• Coordinate additional travel arrangements, including transportation, activities, and excursions when requested.
• Organize booking confirmations, itineraries, and important travel information.
• Communicate with clients regarding reservation details, updates, and important deadlines.
• Assist with reservation modifications and travel changes when needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized client and booking information.
• Stay informed about hotels, resorts, vacation destinations, and available travel resources.
• Provide professional support throughout the vacation planning and booking process
