Job summary

Circle K in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Store Assistant (Bonused) to deliver friendly, efficient service to customers and support store operations during day and evening shifts.

You will greet customers, process transactions, help with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment while following company policies.

A high school diploma and some retail experience are preferred; you will work with cash registers, fuel and lottery systems, and assist with staffing as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and basic store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and POS systems.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize shelves, displays, and merchandising.
• Assist with stock, inventory, pricing, and signage; report discrepancies to management.
• Support shift supervision and assist with staffing and store operations.
