Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet background history, credit history, and pre-employment drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer loans and completes loan applications.
• Develops strong customer relationships and meets sales goals.
• Trains and assists borrowers by explaining the loan process and products.
• Closes loans and manages loan files and servicing tasks.
• Maintains excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
