Job summary

Atlas Franchise seeks a Jimmy John’s General Manager to lead a location in Council Bluffs, IA. You will supervise daily operations, hire and train staff, and ensure top-notch guest service while driving performance and culture.

Strong leadership and a passion for hospitality are essential. Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, safety compliance, and collaboration with the District Manager.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1.5+ years of store management experience (food industry preferred)
• Great coach and a team builder
• Ability to resolve customer and team issues with confidence and professionalism
• Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, and highly coachable

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor
• Maintain food, workplace, and equipment safety standards
• Drive store performance and financial success
• Work closely with the District Manager and attend monthly GM meetings
• Host weekly team meetings to build a strong store culture
