The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to standardized procedures. Typical shift runs 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Basic blueprint reading skills preferred.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished equipment according to blueprints and instructions.
• Install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and other system components.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete quality inspections and report any defects or variances.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly production TAKT times and shipping schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and participate in 5S initiatives.
