Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an assembler for our production line in Indiana. You will follow shop packets to assemble hoses, cables, and reels, then package and label finished products for shipment. This role requires reading instructions, operating hand tools, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

We offer uptime work with a 7:00am–3:00pm shift, and the potential to cross-train across departments to support multiple production lines. A sign-on bonus up to $2,000 is available for new hourly production hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and operating or maintenance instructions.
• Lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Operate various hand tools and fastening equipment.
• Must be open to cross training between all plant departments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hose, cable, and reels following shop packets and instructions.
• Package, label, and palletize finished reels for shipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and quality checks.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Adapt to cross-department work as needed.
