PEI Genesis in South Bend, IN is seeking 1st shift General Production Assemblers to assemble connectors per detailed work orders. The role requires reading and following specifications, maintaining accurate production documentation, and using standard measurement tools.

You’ll help ensure on-time delivery and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a climate-controlled, well-lit

Responsibilities

• Assemble connectors per work orders and instructions.
• Read, understand and follow work orders, specs and special instructions.
• Complete production documentation and work instructions per ISO9001/AS9100.
• Operate equipment and basic computer tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and meet Promise Dates.
• Review and disposition non-conforming material as directed.
• Interpret measurement gauges (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
• Pull supplies from KanBan shelves.
• Other duties as assigned.
